PETS: If you would like to bring a dog, we will consider requests only on a case by case basis. You may be asked to sign our rental/pet agreement and pay a $150 pet fee. The agreement states the dates of stay, the names of each guest, the house rules and information about your pet. You will have 24 hours to review the agreement and if you are not comfortable signing it, you can cancel for a full refund. Dogs may be permitted on a case by case basis ONLY. Please inquire if you wish to bring a dog. If approved, there is a $150 pet fee per stay. Only dogs. No cats! OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: Barn is not available for guest use. The fireplaces are not functional. For decorative purposes only. The home borders wetlands so there are some creatures that can make their way into the yard from time to time. Due to the fact that the property is heavily wooded and borders wetlands, there are bugs that may make their way into the home as well.
